Oxidized PE Wax (Oxidized Polyethylene Wax) is a functionalized polyethylene wax produced by controlled oxidation of polyethylene. The oxidation introduces polar functional groups that improve compatibility, wetting, dispersion, lubrication, and release performance compared with conventional polyethylene wax.
Chemoselx Oxidized PE Wax is suitable for applications where controlled lubrication, pigment and filler dispersion, surface modification, and improved processing performance are required. Typical industrial applications include PVC processing, masterbatch, coatings, inks, adhesives, textiles, and related formulations.

Oxidized PE Wax combines lubrication and surface modification with improved polarity, making it useful across polymer, coating, ink, adhesive, and textile applications.
Used as an internal or external lubricant and processing aid to support smooth extrusion, fusion balance, metal release, and surface finish.
Supports pigment and filler dispersion, flow, wetting, and processing performance in color masterbatch and polymer compounds.
Used as a slip, dispersing, and surface-modifying additive to improve surface properties and formulation performance.
Used in selected adhesive, textile, polish, finish, and water-based formulations after suitable emulsification.
Oxidized PE Wax offers the processing and surface benefits of polyethylene wax with increased polarity introduced through controlled oxidation. This polarity can improve interaction with pigments, fillers, polar resins, metals, and selected water-based systems. It is therefore used as a lubricant, dispersing aid, release agent, coupling aid, and surface modifier in a wide range of industrial formulations.
